상인동 ' x 셀프 주유소'  에서 있었던 황당한 일


너무 어이없는 일이 있어서 글을 올립니다. 상인동의 '모  셀프 주유소'에서 있었던 일입니다. 여기선 5만원 이상의 경우 세차권을 줍니다. 세차시간은  4시까지. 시간이 약간 늦게 도착해서 혹시 가능하냐고 물었더니 "적혀있잖아."라고 바로 반말을 하더군요. 세차기간이 거의 다 되었는데 내일도 가능하냐라고 물었더니 또 반말으로 짜증을 내더라고요. 그래서 "물어볼수도 있지 뭘 그렇게 팍팍하게 말하시냐."하곤 돌아갔습니다. 다음날 정규업무시간에 가서 세차를 받으려하니 저를 노려보더군요. 왜그러시냐니 조용히 세차만 하고 가라 해서 세차하러왔지 제가 뭘 하겠냐니깐 바로 눈앞에서 세차권을 찢어버리며 다른 곳에서 세차하라고 그러더군요. 너무 어이가 없고 황당하네요. 세차권은 제가 5만원이상 주유하면서 얻은 엄연한 저의 재산입니다. .. 살면서 이런 일도 처음이네요. 님들이라도 이런 황당한 일을 겪지 않으시길 바랍니다.

더워서 짜증나시는것도 알겠는데, 적혀있어도 물어보면 한번 더 대답해줄 수 있는 거 아닌가요?

이 글쓴분이 당시 어떤식으로 말했는지는 모르겠지만,
보는 눈앞에서 세차권을 찢어버린다는 것도 서로 쌍욕하며 싸운거 아니고서야 이해가 안되는 부분이네요.


몇몇 댓글 보면 기존에도 이런식으로 운영해 오셨던 것 같고
상황이 상식적으로 이해가지는 않는 부분이 많네요.
사장님도 싫으면 싫으면 오지말라는 식으로 말씀하시니 앞으로 안가면 되겠습니다.

반말 한적 없고 이미 여러번 이용하셔서 시간도 다 알고 있는 상황이었습니다.조금 늦었는데 안한다니 짜증 났겠지요.이 폭염에 시간이라도 지켜주셔야 하는거 아닙니까?여러번 물어보시기에 밖에 다 적혀 있다고만 했습니다.반말 아니고요.많이 어린분이 뭐라고 하셨는데 그건 안적겠습니다.그리고 다시 오지 않겠거니 생각했어요.막말하고 가셨으니까요.
담날 이미 찢어서 너덜 너덜한 세차권을 갖고 왔고 그만하자고 제가 마저 찢었습니다.어차피 막말 하고간 상황에 엎드려 닦아드릴수 없는 상황이라 판단했습니다.
상식적으로 갑자기 반말을 하는데 2번이나 참고 조용히 갔다가 담날 세차하러 오는 사람이 있습니까?

주유소의 배짱 장사에 일반 주유소이용자로써 한마디 쓰겠습니다
명제만 놓고 봤을때 주유소측은 1 기준에 따라 세차거부를 하였고 2 막말을 하였으며 3 고객의 세차권을 일방적으로 찢었습니다
이용자는 1 기준을 지키지 않고 세차를시도하였고2주유소에 막말을 하였고 3 기준에 따라 다음날 다시 찾아 갔으나 세차를 거부당했습니다
기준을 지킨 것이 둘다 똑같이 한번씩이지만 이용자측이 세차권이라는 권리행사를 못하였기때문에 이 건은 이용자가 피해를 더 많이 봤다고 볼수 있습니다

주유소측에서는 어찌되었든 세차를 해줬어야 합니다 쩝

@맥셋트제가 한 막말이 무엇입니까? 전 아무리 생각해도 모르겠습니다. 조서를 쓰든 소보원 조사를 하든 밝혀질 일이라고 하셨으니 제가 막말을 한
사실이 있다면 밝혀 보십시오. 같이 찢었다는데 세차권을 찢는 장면을 다른 탑승객들도 다 보았습니다. 세차권이 조금 찢겨진 상태였지만 그것에 그렇게 분노해서 찢어버리셨나요? 어쨋든 날도 더운데 서로 지칩니다. 그만합시다.

제가가는 주유소는 사장님이 90도 인사하십니다 왜그렇게까지 인사하시냐니까 손님들 덕분에 먹고사는데 항상 감사하다합니다 몇십원 더 비싸도 항상 그주유소 갑니다
