확장포함이면 우방보다 싸고 생각보단 괜찮은거 같은데요 민간이랑큰차이생각하신분들 애법계셨는거같은데 민간아파트역시 공공택지분양가상한제로 나름쪼매싸게분양한거라 아무리 공공분양이라해도 훨씬싸게는 힘들죠
제발 비싸다고하신분들께선 청약말아주세요
