참... 저가격에도 피가붙는다는 거 자체가 웃기는일입니다 개인적인생각으론 아파트 격에 따라다르겠지만 대구는 신축 기준24평 2억3천 이하
34평 3억 이하가 맞다고봅니다
물론 화폐가치나 경제상황을 종합해 볼때 말입니다 
지금 아파트값은 투자자들이 올려놓은 시세지 합당한 금액은 아닌듯 하네요 경기는 더어려워지고 물가는 계속오르는데 최저임금은 올라도 월급은 그대로고 집값은 어이없게 오르니 참... 안타까운 세상입니다
