요즘 아파트 도색 참 극과 극인듯 합니다. 
트렌드에 맞게 잘 하는 아파트가 있는 반면 정말 역주행해서 도색하는 곳도 많네요~

똑같은 인물이라도 옷을 어떻게 입냐에 따라 달라질수 있음을 보여주는 사례입니다.
대구역 자이와 오페라 삼정이 좋은 사례입니다.

대구역 자이는 저층부와 상가부분 전체 베이지색 밝은톤의 대리석과 도색이 절묘하게 조화되어서 고급스러워 보이죠~

고층은 좀 튀는 디자인도 좋습니다(30층이상) 저층(20층이하)은 너무 튀면 오히려 이상하게 보입니다. 윗분도 쓰셨는데 아파트촌이면 각양각색의 디자인이 어우러져서 이쁘게 보이는데 재개발이나 개건축같이 아파트만 덩그러니 있는 그런 동네는 차분한 파스텔톤이 가장 잘어울립니다.

최근 트랜드는 짙은 계열입니다 자이, 이편한 등에서 사용중이고 보통회사은 회색에 오랜지계열로 포인트를 주죠, 삼정은 밝은 계열중 잘된 케이스라 생각합니다 아이보리, 흰색, 오렌지계열은,,, 촌스럽지 않나요? 시간이 지나면 짙은 계열이 관리에도 용이할듯합니다
