놀랍네요....수성구 집값 정상인가요?

처가집이 만촌동 담티역근처라 예전에 이사생각이 조금있어서 근처 아파트 네이버로 검색한지가 1년이 안된거 같은데 
지금 인근 만촌화성이 9억이 넘어가네요. 그때 6억정도로 기억나는데 1년세 3억이 오른건가요 실제 거래되는가요?
대구에 33평 아파트가 9억이라니... 
무서운 곳이군요 지금 저가격에 입주하시는 분들은 도박아닌가요?

꼭 수성구에 안사셔도....될 듯 한데요.. ^^ 학군이 목적이라면 수성구만큼.좋은 곳은 찾아보면 많이 있습니다. 수성구 학구열 좋다고 내 애가 잘하는 보장도 없고 학원 많고 좋다고 공부잘하는게 아니더라구요. 타.구에 괜찮은 중고등학교 근처에서 잘 하는 것도 나쁘지 않아보여요.. 따지고보면 수성구도 대치동 따라가겠습니까? 적당히 맞춰사는 것도 지혜같습니다.

학군을 객관적인 점수로 나타낼순 없지만....
대략적으로 나타내 본다면 대구안에서 범4,만3 정도의 학군은 없습니다.
물론 학군이 좋다고 공부잘하는건 아닙니다.

꼭 수성구에 살아야 햇다면 몇년전에 이사갔겟죠 
저는 전혀 학군같은거 관심없습니다 사실 수성구 학구열 분위기도 맘에 안들구요.ㅎㅎ

꼭~ 수성구만 고집하지마세요. 다른곳도 찾아보면 되지요~ 처가 옆은 아싶지만 어너곳이든 본은 노력이 필요하지않겠어요~ 모든건 현실에서 시작해야지요.

수성구 고집하지 않아요~ 학군욕심이나 나는 무조건 수성구 살아야겟다 했으면 벌써 몇년전에 이사 갔겟죠 ㅎㅎ 
저는 서울쪽에 다무너져가는 아파트 투자중입니다.ㅎㅎ

도박이라니요....ㅋㅋ 다들 소중한 자기자산(레버리지)으로 입주하겠죠
가격이 높은 아파트 일수록 부동산에 관심많은 사람의 비율이 높습니다.
그만큼 공부를 남들보다 더 많이하고 분석을 더 많이 하신분들이죠
이런분들의 선택이 도박은 아닌듯 싶습니다.

@대구신동물가는 선형으로 올라도 부동산은 계단식으로 오르는경향이 있습니다.
시장엔 그 계단을 미리 예측하는 사람들이 있죠. 이것이 공부하는 이유기도 하죠.

법원연호지구가 확정되면 법원연호지구만 개발될까요??
대구고등법원,검찰청이전확정으로 만촌3동이 신축아파트촌으로 확 변할겁니다.
만촌32구역재개발(만촌화성3차뒷편)이 조합설립이 7월21일로 굉장히 속도가 빨라지고 있고요.
만촌삼정신축중이고, 대청초부근에 부지매입비 보상이 이루어지고 있습니다.
멀리사시면 동네사는 분들보다 잘 모를 수 밖에 없습니다.
왜 9억이 가는지 이동네 자주 임장다니면 아실 수 있을겁니다.
어제도 만촌32구역재개발조합사무실에 젊고 세련되고 돈많은 아주머니들 들락날락 하는거 보고 아~~ 역시 돈많은 사람들은 미리 움직이고 있구나 뼈저리게 느꼈네요..

Since Chuga's house is near Manchon-dong Gamti Station, I had some thoughts of moving in the past, so it has been less than a year since I searched it through Naver, a nearby apartment.

There are now over 900 million nearby Mars. I remember about 600 million won at that time, did 300 million won rise in 1 year? Is it actually a deal?

There is a 300-pyeong apartment in Daegu.

It's a scary place. Don't you think it's a gamble for those who live on that price?

You don't have to live in Suseong-gu.It looks like ... If the school district is for the purpose, it is as good as Mercury.There are many good places to find. " I didn't study well because I had a good passion for studying Susung-gu, because I had no guarantee that my child was good at, and there were many academies and good schools. Do well near good middle and high school in the old city. After all, do you want to follow the Uisung-gu? Living in moderation is like wisdom.

I can't put school districts in objective form, but ...
At a rough estimate, we don't have four or three school districts in the Great Barrier Reef.
Of course, just because school districts are good doesn't mean they study well.

If I had to live in Susung District, I would have moved a few years ago.
I'm not interested in school districts at all. In fact, I don't like the atmosphere of school district in Susan-gu either.Haha
