최저임금 인상속도를 보니 양도세 내더라고 걍 킵해야할듯 합니다.
양도세 면제 물건 하나 있는데 팔 이유가 없어지네요

최저임금이 오른다고 무조건 물가가 오르고 집값이 오른다고 단순히 판단해서는 안될 것 같군요. 최소한 일자리가 유지되고, 오너의 수익이 유지되는 선에서 임금이 오르는 것은 분명 집값 상승에 도움이 되겠지만, 최저임금이 올라서, 일자리가 줄어들고, 오너의 수익의 줄어들고 경제지표에 도움이 되지 않는 방향으로 간다면 무조건 집값이 오른다고 생각할 것 아닌 것 같네요. 최저인금이 올라서 경제전반에 미치는 영향을 같이 봐야 하지 않나 싶네요. 경제도, 부동산도 그렇게 단순하게 판단할 것은 아니고 종합적으로 봐야할 것 같네요. 어떤 영향을 주게 될 지 지켜보고 싶네요.

최저임금이 오르면 아파트 짓는 인건비도 오르니 앞으로 분양하는 아파트값도 당연히 상승한다는 논리인건가요?
아파트 사는 사람들 임금은 별차이가 없어서 앞으로 어떻게 될지는 아무도 모릅니다.
부동산 위기 10주기설도 나오고 주변 나라의 영향을 많이 받는 대한민국의 앞날은 아무도 모르는게 정답인거 같습니다.

이제 5개월 남았는데
10년 주기설은 걱정 할필요 없을듯

2019년은 더욱 공급이 줄고

2008년 상황과는 마니 다른듯
일단 수급면에서 정부가 공급을 안하니 기존 아파트
특히 신축아파트가 귀하신몸이
점점 가속화 됩니다

정부는 세금으로 부동산을 잡으려고 하지만
갠적으로 집값 잡기에는 실패한정책 이라 보여지네요

재건축등 지금이라도 공급을 늘려야 하고 당장 공급을 늘려도 이정권에서는 별 성 과는 없고 다음 정권에가서 효과가 나타나리라

The minimum wage increase rate makes me feel like I should pay the transfer tax.
I have one item exempted from capital gains taxes, but there's no reason to sell it.

I don't think we should just assume that the minimum wage is going up and the price of housing is going up. At the very least, rising wages would certainly help to increase housing prices, but if it weren't going to raise the minimum wage, there would be fewer jobs, less revenue for the owner and more for the economy. Maybe we should go up in the minimum amount of money and share economic impacts. I don't think the economy and real estate should be judged that simply, but it should be taken as a whole. I'd like to see how that affects you.
