중구는 타구와는 달리 대구안에서도 재개발 재건축으로 인한 분양이 대부분입니다.수요대비 공급이 많아보이지않으며 년도별로 분양되는점 또한 장점이라 소화되는데 큰 문제는 없어보입니다.

그때쯤 되면 인프라 싹 달라져서 다른동네가 됩니다. 걱정하시는 것처럼 떨어지지 않을거고 오히려 도심으로 회귀하는 전세계적인 현상때문에 더 오를 가능성이 많죠.
